Customers can request to receive their Broadband bills via email; to do so, your account information must be updated.
Kindly visit the nearest Smart showroom to update your account information, or, visit My Account to fill out our Paperless Billing Registration form.
NOTE: Broadband bills can also be viewed and printed using My Account on our website: www.smart-bz.com
Outstanding balances can be viewed using Smart Lounge or using our chatbot: AIDA
