CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
BELMOPAN SHOWROOM
SUMMARY:
To provide effective sales services of all Smart products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sale of all Smart Products and Services
- Sale of emerging products and multi product sales
- Provide customers with products and services information
- Have some knowledge with gadgets
- Identify research and solve customer issues using the ticketing system
- Follow up on customer inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sixth Form Certificate
- At least one (1) year sales experience
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer skills – Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of operating systems of devices
- Some knowledge of company’s products and selling skills
- Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation skills
- Professional appearance and presentation required
- Bi-lingual English – Spanish
- Team player with ability to multi-task and efficiently meet deadlines
